Where is my order?

- Most pieces are made to order. Orders will be shipped after cleared payment and/or materials are in and I have created your item. Generally, please give 5-8 business days to receive your order. Please allow up to two weeks for international orders.

The item I want to purchase is sold out! What do I do?

- If you see an item that you want to purchase and it is sold out, send me a message in the contact box and I will let you know if/when it will be available to order.

Do you take custom orders?

 - Yes. For bracelets only. Send me a message in the contact box describing your idea and we will go from there. Custom orders will require additional shipping time due to ordering of specific pieces. 

Sizing: How are the bracelet's sized?

- Women's bracelets are sized for wrist sizes 7.5-8''.

- Men's bracelets are sized for wrist sizes 8.5-9''.

If you are ordering a bracelet and your wrist is larger or smaller than these measurements, please make a note of this in the comment box when placing your order.

How do I care for my SASHgems earrings?

- Many of SASHgems earrings are created with quality raw brass. Raw brass tends to tarnish over time. Keep your earrings in tip top shape with a jewelry polishing cloth to remove tarnish stains and  keep pieces shining like new! 

Returns/Refunds

- Because all items are made to order, all items are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me with your concern.
